Post Thirty One: Doing the rounds

[There is a teenage girl knocking at your door. Yes your door.....unless you are Teatime. She's wearing a witches hat and carrying a bag in her hands.]

Yeah, sure. [Sealand hops back out of the way with a bit of crutch maneuvering.] What's in the bag?

Mostly some cheese. Would you like some?

[Walking into the house.]

It isn't moving, is it?

No, this kind is entirely edible.

[Opens the bag and passes him a block of cheese for inspection.]

[Sealand examines it to be sure it's not going to get up and start walking around or anything.]

[This one will be fine. Tiffany laughs.]

Alright then, I'll get some crackers.

[Going into the kitchen she'll wait for Sealand to sit down before taking the cheese back.]

How did you get those injuries?

[micronation]

[Sitting at the table, leaning his crutches against a wall.]

I was fighting the Milkman! I got a really good shot in but then he deflected the next one and it hit Sealand.

Yeah, I was gonna fix Sealand but then it disappeared.

[She remembers vaguely about a base.]

Oh, you mean the town gave it back to you?

Yeah, for a little while.

Has someone taken a look at your injuries?

[micronation]

Nah, not really. [What, usually they go away, okay.]

[Countries. Tiffany finishes up with the cheese and brings it over.]

Do you mind if I take a look at it then?

[Sealand hesitates a second and then nods. He's wearing shorts, luckily.]

What should I do?

Just sit still.

[And Tiffany's going to examine his leg. A bad break? Sprain?]

[Sealand watches, sitting still for now. He snapped his tibia but it's a fairly clean break, and the short time he was a nation did work toward healing it a bit. Still, it could use some proper attention.]

[Tiffany nods as she looks at it.]

It doesn't look too bad. I'm just going to fix the bandages you have here. Is it very painful?

[micronation]

Only if I forget and step on it. And sometimes at night.

How bad would you say the pain is.

[Opening up her bag again and getting some supplies out. Just going to start to fix that bandage job.]

[Yeah, he pretty obviously bandaged that himself.]

Uhh, at night it just kind of hurts a little, but when I step on it then it really hurts.

You'll have to try and avoid that of course.

Does the pain last for very long when you do that?

Once I get off it it stops hurting pretty quick. You can't just magic it better?

No. I can remove the pain but I can only help along with the healing.

Magic, doesn't solve all your problems sadly.
