Post Thirteen: Reminders of Home

[Tiffany is looking at a box in her lap. She got it in the mail and she is opening it with some nervousness.

She knows what it is. It's her box of keepsakes. The one she'd brought with her from her home when she was travelling away to live with other witches. All of the things that were valuable in some way to her, and only her. 

She can be found in the room, just going through the contents. Trying not to let her homesickness get the better of her.]

[After Tiffany didn't come back to the kitchen, Sophie went looking for her. When she finds her she takes a seat next to her.]

Did that come in the mail?

[She's holding a blue and yellow wrapper from an old packet of tabacco and looking at it closly when Sophie comes in. She looks up]

Yes....it's my box of keepsakes.

Yes...I took this box with me when I traveled away from home. It's just little things I didn't want to leave behind..or reminded me of home.

[Sealand also got mail today. He's been moving several rather large boxes into his room. Whatever it is, it's cheered him up a lot. And since he got something totally more awesome than anyone else got, he was gonna come brag to big sis, but...she looks sad.]

Hey, guess what I-... Are you okay? What's wrong?

Oh...it's just something I got in the mail that's all.

It's a box I had from home. I used to take it with me when I travelled. It just has a few keepsakes from my home that I didn't want to leave behind.
