Post Six: Trying Out An Old Skill

[If you are walking by 1670 Nelson street you'll see a strange sight. There is a small girl with a witches pointed hat sitting on the grass. She is wearing some large sensible boots that seem out of place with her normal outfit.

Oh and she also appears to be dead.
However if you look closer you can see a sign clutched in her hands that reads

I am not dead!

That's a relief!

[Tiffany remains silent for a few moments then seems to shake suddenly and glances around as though she were just waking up]

I was trying out my borrowing magic.

Borrowing magic?

Yes, I just got it back, I wanted to see if it was working properally.

What does it do?

It lets me leave my body and borrow minds of animals.

Oh! Very interesting~ How is it here?

It seems to be working well. Nothing out of the ordinary.

But I'm still new at this skill anyway.

Which animals' minds did you borrow?

A squirrel in the backyard.

I see. They're normal enough here, I guess?

There doesn't seem to be anything strange about them from what I can tell.

It is. I was wondering if they were any different from the animals back home. But they seem real.

A bit more. But witches try not to use magic when we can help it. Most problems can be solved with common sense.

Magic attracts attention from places you tend not to want it from.

And it's impractical to use magic for things when you don't need to.

That's the difference between witches and wizards.
